Verloot je Zooitje is a local collection campaign that rewards kids for picking up litter. For every 100 gram bag they get a ticket for the final draw, with real prizes provided by the municipality or local businesses.

A dashboard that makes the paperwork disappear, and a game that keeps kids coming back.

Many municipalities and neighbourhood initiatives organise clean-up campaigns against litter, but keep running into the same wall. On the organising side, the admin happens on paper: tickets get lost or handed out twice, and volunteers lose track of who handed in what. On the participant side, kids drop out halfway, because cleaning up gives them little they can feel right away.

We tackled both sides.

For the organisers we built a central dashboard with real-time insight into participants, locations, staff activity and fraud prevention. No more loose Excel files, no more handwritten tickets, no more guesswork.

For the kids we turned handing in into a collecting game. Every bag of litter is instantly a ticket, a step towards a new level, a new avatar or a mystery box. That makes cleaning up something to look forward to.

We also sharpened the branding, true to the existing identity but with a fresh boost, and designed and built the complete website.

The result is a system that does three things at once: it makes the streets cleaner, takes work off the organisers' hands and keeps participants coming back. Not because they have to, but because they want to.
